Race and Redress

This projected is conducted with the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) and focuses on three topics:

• The role and position of black managers in South African firms; 
• Links between popular understandings of black empowerment and the rise of non-standard employment; and 
• The impact of black ownership on race and industrial relations in the workplace.
